Sliding Scale Treatments

Napier Osteopathy will openly accept a sliding scale price point for those unable to afford concurrent treatments at the rate provided. Osteopathy is inclusive and should be available to everyone. Please Contact me if this is something that you may benefit from.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you! If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours prior by either contacting me (text, email, call) or manually cancelling/rescheduling via the Jane scheduling app. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged the FULL price of the treatment and this cannot be billed under health insurance or benefits. 

If you are able to reschedule within 7 days of your missed appointment then the fee will be added onto your next appointment as a way to recognize that mistakes happen or things may come up unexpectedly!
